Sponsored by World Sport Chicago and hosted by the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority the archery event at U.S. Cellular Field was a great success.  The event featured approximately 100 area youths taking aim at targets placed in the left field grass. Naperville native and U.S. National Team member, Stephanie Miller also conducted a clinic and demonstration.

World Sport Chicago is an independent, 501c(3) non-profit organization founded as the living legacy of the Chicago 2016 Olympic and Paralympic bid. In this role World Sport Chicago provides every youth the opportunity to experience sport and through that to dramatically change their lives and strengthen their communities.

Part of the mission of World Sport Chicago is to provide every youth in Chicago with an opportunity to see and experience sport at all levels by bringing a wide variety of sporting events to the city.The Illinois Sports Facilities Authority is proud to help further that mission.
